Read a great Katara/Zuko fanfic called Love thy Enemy written by Rednovember on ff.net and I thought I'd draw out one of the scenes.
You know, looking at it now I feel like maybe I should give Katara a hole in her ear to hear things, and fingers for Zuko's left hand.

Nice pic. It's a replica of the painting in the hall within the fire palace, right? Nice job. I love Katara's outfit. :+fav:

i luv the story and i think ur deviation is the best of all that ive seen of Zuko i think that hes the hardest person to draw

Yup. The description of the painting was so detailed I kind of saw it in my head and wanted to try and draw it out. And that outfit... it's one of four versions I drew but in all the other outfits the posing was a little off so I went with this one even though it didn't quite go with story. Glad you like it. ^^

Thanks. Somehow Katara proved a bit more difficult for me to draw over Zuko. Katara has a wider array of facial expressions that were harder to depict as opposed to Zuko's single consistent scowl. I'd like to fix some things on him, like the overly big forehead and lack of a hairtie but overall I think I like him. (What's not to like, he has such a nice throaty voice. ;D )
